2009 has been huge for me—I've just finished my second book for Little Black Dress. With the working title of The Not So Secret Diary of a City Girl, it's a Credit Crunch rom com set in the world of hedge funds and dodgy financial dealings and is due out in the summer of 2010.

Biggest by far, though, is (da-da-DAAAAA!!!!) getting my novel published! Out now, Tug of Love is the story of Lucy Stone, a divorce lawyer who doesn't believe in happy-ever-afters: but then meets Mark, who ticks all the boxes our heroine can possibly think of (plus some that she can't!) and forces her to seriously reconsider...

Joan Hessayon Award

Tug of Love was an award winner before it had even been published, scooping the Romantic Novelists' Association coveted prize for the best debut novel of 2009. I'm still pinching myself!
